Please note our membership software tracks concurrent logins, and violations of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund if outside of the standard refund policy. Please keep usernames and passwords confidential.
Passwords and usernames may also be disabled temporarily or permanently without notice or explanation at our sole discretion if violations are made to the above terms.
Access to the video training library and Facebook groups are only provided for customers with active paid access. If you cancel your subscription or your payment plan after the initial refund period, your access will be removed with no refund and no recourse.
You should view and/or download any content from within the membership section as it is made available. Kiersten P. Mosley; For Users’ Sake; FUS Academy reserve the right to remove content at any time.
PAYMENTS We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g., payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Refunds and Warranties
Digital products such as this program are considered confirmed at the time of purchase. The nature of digital products is such that once the content has been accessed and consumed, the information cannot be given back, you now own that knowledge and can benefit from it at any point in the future. Requests for refunds must be given in writing and within 7 days from the date of the initial purchase transaction. A refund will be processed of all tuition paid less a $150.00 CAD processing fee.
Refund requests received after 7 days from the date of the initial transaction will result in a credit being issued for the full amount of tuition paid to date. If you need to withdraw from the program, a credit for all tuition paid will be given and may be used for up to two years toward any other Kiersten P. Mosley; For Users’ Sake; FUS Academy product, service, or workshop.
